The currently approved scheme includes two office towers over large retail / Amenity podium with surface and underground parking as follow:
Phase one FWCU tower will be 14 storey with total of 132,000 sf floor area
Phase two tower is planned for 11 storey with total of 110,000 sf floor area
The main level will have common cafe / restaurant facilities for both towers as well as some retails facilities total of 47,000 sf area
