Deposits Required: Cabins $250 per week rental and Camping $100 per week rental due upon booking. On or after January 31st, payment up to/ deposit to 50% of rental fees due. Balance of total rental fees, including applicable BC taxes, are due 45 days prior to booking.
Cleaning Deposits: All cleaning deposits are paid 45 days prior to booking and are as follows per week rental: Beach House $200, Cabin 14 $150, Cabins 15-18 $125, Cabins 5-7 $100, Cabins 1-4 $100. Units will be inspected at check-out by resort manager and deposit returns will be determined.
Damage Deposits: A damage deposit of $250 ($350 for Beach House) are paid 45 days prior to booking. You will be given a list of what could be deducted from your deposit and the list will be inspected thoroughly by the Resort Manager 30 minutes prior to your departure.
Camping Cleaning and Damage Deposit is $50.
Spitz (sunflower seed shells) are not permitted on the property. $50 fine if in possession with them on the property.
Sorry No Pets at Jewel Bay Resort. $50 fine per day for any pet (includes dogs).
Bath & Bedding: We do not include bedding & bath towels in the cabins; however, if you are traveling from out of town via airplane, we may provide it for an additional fee:
Bedding: $20 rental fee.
Bath towels: $20 rental fee.
Methods of Payment accepted: Visa, Mastercard, cheque, money order, cash.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $250 per cabin per week booked ($100 camping spots) will be charged on all cancellations. On cancellations of less than 60 days written notice, complete deposit is forgone, unless cabin re-rented, then the before mentioned is applicable.
Deposit Refunds: All deposit refunds will be paid by cheque or refunded to your credit card by September 15th of the year you rented.
